PLEASE NOTE: Our Deals come with different delivery time frames and this usually begins from the date the purchase was made. We market for different suppliers who are located in Australia as well as overseas. Depending on the supplier, the delivery would be made within 1-3 weeks, 2-4 weeks or 3-6 weeks from the date the order was placed.
We use many Suppliers both here in Australia and Overseas. So if you have ordered Multiple Items there is a good chance that these will arrive separately.
- Different items have different delivery times.
- These delivery times are recorded on the deal page and your voucher.
- Please check your "Fine Print" and "How to Use this" for Delivery Time Frames.
- PLEASE NOTE: Delivery Times Commence from the Date the order was placed
- If you are waiting for an item to arrive, please allow the Full Delivery Time Frame stated in the fine print of the deal and on the voucher.
- If the maximum delivery time stated on the voucher is exceeded and you do not have your product, please CONTACT US on email@example.com or 02 9437 3518 or 02 8088 0756 as quickly as you can so we can check into it for you.
Kindly refrain from Opening Multiple tickets regarding the same issue as this delays us replying not only to your requests but to all other customers as well.
